Michelle
Founding Partner
Michelle was born and raised in Buffalo, New York — Go
Bills! As the
daughter of immigrant parents, Michelle grew up with a strong sense of determination,
resilience, and the value of hard work. She is fluent in Russian and proud to serve
clients from diverse backgrounds with compassion and care.
She moved to Miami to pursue her education, graduating at the top of her class from both
the University of Miami and the University of Miami School of Law. After law school, she
joined the largest plaintiffs’ personal injury firm in the country. For years, she
gained extensive experience handling a wide range of personal injury cases — from car
accidents and slip and falls to negligent security and more.
During her time there, she secured numerous settlements and verdicts on behalf of her
clients and took multiple cases to trial. She learned early on what it takes to stand up
to insurance companies — and she doesn’t back down when they offer less than what a case
is truly worth.
Michelle believes that no two cases are the same, and neither are the people behind
them.
She takes the time to truly understand each client’s story and builds strong,
personalized cases with one goal in mind: getting the justice and compensation they
deserve.
Thiel
Director of Operations
Thiel was born in Venezuela and moved to Miami when he
was 8 years
old. He graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from Florida International
University.
As Director of Operations, Thiel manages the business side of the firm and oversees the
overall planning and organization of cases. He works hands‑on with each client from
start to finish, ensuring that every case is moving forward efficiently and every client
stays informed throughout the process.
Thiel is fluent in Spanish and is able to speak directly with our Spanish‑speaking
clients, helping them feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.
